RAPID CITY, S.D. — First Interstate Bank donated a total of nearly $100,000 to twelve Rapid City nonprofit organizations this week.
“Part of our responsibility in our community is to lead this effort—to put dollars to work where they can do the most good,” said Shawn Rost, First Interstate Bank South Dakota Market President. “We appreciate the employees and volunteers of these organizations. It’s their continued passion, drive, and advocacy that make our community better.”
On Wednesday Nov. 13, representatives from First Interstate Bank presented the donations to Elevate Rapid City, SD Gives, SDPB, Abbot House, Youth & Family Services, Mount Rushmore Society, Habitat for Humanity, Lakota Circles of Hope, Feeding SD, United Way, Salvation Army and Black Hills Community Theatre.
